Deliveries everywhere in the world

In addition to Finland, we deliver to all countries in the world.

Delivery time

Our record store handles shipments once a week, because shipments are taken care of by volunteers from the Polytech Choir.

The delivery time to a Finnish address (including order processing and delivery by mail) is at best approximately two working days, but usually more. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. At peak times (eg. just before Christmas), deliveries will be handled more frequently.

Deliveries to other countries take longer. In addition to a processsing time of about one week, the delivery time by mail to Scandinavia is about 2-4 working days, and to elsewhere in Europe about 3-10 working days. Delivery to a country outside Europe may take a total of about 3-4 weeks.

Postage and packaging costs

To Finland and other European countries

We do not charge separate P&P costs for deliveries within Europe. The prices indicated in our internet store include postage and packaging. Small orders are delivered in softened envelopes, larger ones in parcels.

Deliveries to countries outside Europe

Delivery costs to countries outside Europe are as follows:

Weight at most 0,25 kg: 4,00 €
Weight at most 0,5 kg: 8,00 €
Weight at most 1 kg:14,00 €
Weight at most 2 kg: 28,00 €
Weight at most 5 kg: 50,00 €
Weight at most 15 kg: 90,00 €

Most CDs in our web store weigh about 80 grams (0,08 kg).

Methods of payment

Payments are handled securely by the Finnish payment service provider Checkout™. Checkout™ supports the following Finnish internet banking payment options:

In addition, Checkout™ accepts the following international credit cards:

When you make the payment, the receiver is shown as Lapitor Oy.

Cancellation and modification of orders

Cancellation of an order can be done by sending us an e-mail at kauppa@polyteknikkojenkuoro.fi. Should you wish to modify your order, please contact us without delay so that the delivery is not shipped.

Returning orders

You have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

If the plastic cover of a CD has been opened, the CD can only be returned if it is defective. If you have received a defective product, please contact us at kauppa@polyteknikkojenkuoro.fi. A defective CD is primarily exchanged for a new CD. Should this not be possible, a refund will be given.

Pack the product to be returned with care, for example in the same package where it was delivered. Attach the invoice delivered with the product as well as your contact details and your bank account number, so that we can refund the product and your postage costs. Always inform us about a return by e-mail or by telephone.

Prices and value added tax

The prices indicated are applicable only in the internet store. The Finnish VAT of 23% is included in the prices. We reserve the right to change the prices. We can not be held liable for possible errors in product information.

Privacy policy

The internet store stores only the information the user gives while visiting the internet store. Credit card or banking details are not transmitted to our system, nor are they processed by our web store.

The information you give is not disclosed to parties other than the Polytech Choir. We will send at most six e-mails per year, but only to customers who have allowed it while placing an order.

You must enable cookies to use the web store. Cookies are used to maintain shopping cart and login information, to analyze and improve the web site, and to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
